Tip to successful .PDF viewing: IMPORTANT
Some people have reported problems in viewing PDF's even with the latest Acrobat viewer and sometimes resulting in a blank screen. This is usually only manifest after the file has been downloaded and the Acrobat viewer is opening up. A more effective way of downloading the file is to right-hand mouse click the file Download button and select 'Save Target as', then select a suitable place on your destination hard drive or removable disk. After download is complete, in IE5 you can then select 'Open' to view. Or locate the .PDF file on your hard drive using windows explorer and double-click it to load into Acrobat reader.
