TrakMate is a low voltage
(24VDC) electrically operated curtain track that is delivered complete
ready assembled with radio remote control as standard. Suitable for 240
Volt supply the system can be installed without the need of an electrician.
Setting the end o travel positions is easily carried out using the infrared
transmitter supplied. Elegant in design,a powerful 12 Volt motor and simplicity
to combine several systems make TrakMate suitable for the most demanding
interior applications.
Installation:
The swivel type carriers provide flexibility for drapery to result in
a more  natural
movement. The design and build quality of the carriers ensure smooth system
operation while looking great at the same time. Alternatively, the "S-fold"
carrying mechanism offers a differnet look for your drapery system. The
track mounting brackets enable the track to be easily installed once the
mounting brackets are fixed, similar to vertical blind tracks, a convenient
swivel clip mechanism allows the track to be finally hung without needing
tools.
Bends
The Trakmate track assists the overall system by maintaining a smooth
and silent operation. The patented corner design allows Trakmate tracks
to achieve bends at 135 or 90 degrees which is suitable for almost all
applications By using insertable track sections Trakmate track can go
around bends of 135 degree or with two together make 90 degree turns which
is suitable for almost all applications. Radii of up to 60cm may be achieved
which is suitable for almost all applications. Tracks start at lengths
of 1m and increment at additional 50cm up to a maximum length of 12m.
Bracket Options (includes
brackets and swivel carriers)
Brackets normally mount in the celing. Alternative wall-mounting brackets
must be ordered seperately.
Interfacing with Comfort
The 6200 has contact closure inputs available within the RJ45 connection
to the motor. A momentary closing of the contact for 1 second is all that
is required. The same contact inputs may also be used to provide a local
wall switch (momentary). The benefit of this curtain system over the CM80
motor is the ability to definately open or close the curtain without having
to resort to using flags and aditional action codes.

Ordering Procedure
Each curtain track is cut to your required length. The displayed price
is a base price for 1 meter track which you should then add the cost of
the track adjustment found in the drop-down menu below. When measuring
your required opening allow for approx 150mm to 250mm overhang either
side of the window opening. Choose a curtain length which is the next
size larger than your required length. The tracks are priced in 0.5m increments.
