Local Expansion Options
The Local Expansion Modules allow additional zones with tamper protection and
12v outputs to be added to the Comfort Pro or G2 system. They may ONLY be sited within the
Comfort CPU or the Slave Expansion Panels. This version piggy-backs onto the main
PCB using 25mm pillars. End of Line resistors, screws, mounting posts and ribbon
cable are supplied within each pack. The additional zones become available when
they are added manually using the Engineer Menu: 'Zone Settings' or via the Comfigurator
PC program. The outputs are negative triggerred with a common +12v. Zones may be
normally open, closed or receive a negative trigger.
The LEM01-G1 may be used with Slave Expansion panels to provide a total of 64
zone inputs and 64 x 12v outputs.
This is achieved with Comfort Ultra2 CPU, 3 x SEP02-G2 and
4 x LEM01-G1.
