Powerful Security Alarm System: The Comfort system is built upon the foundations of a powerful intruder alarm system capable of Complying with Grade 2 insurance requirements and DD243:2004.

Alarm zones may be monitored for tampering using end of line resistors and with a choice of 31 zone types and 31 Alarm Types. Each alarm type may be mapped to dial-out to up to 8 telephone numbers including, Intruder, Panic, Duress, Abort, Power Fail, New Message Forwarding and more. Zones may be configured for alarm confirmation (alert) and be modified for alarm filtering if required.

Zones may bypassed and may also drive home automation responses. Comfort has a built-in digital communicator and can link with an Alarm Receiving Center using built-in Contact ID dialler or via RedCARE STU using Comfort's outputs.

Alarm Tracking and Audio Monitoring
When an alarm dial-out occurs, Comfort can dial out to the homeowners mobile and by signing-in and accessing the voice menu, the homeowner can know exactly which zone has been activated and even track the movements of an intruder as each successive zone announces. This provides a unique benefit of knowing if an alarm is genuine or false and whether to rush home or to take your time, no other system provides this benefit. Additionally, the homeowner can 'listen in' into the sounds within the house at such time by selecting Menu 5 and then the keypad number to be monitored.

Comfort provides a 255 event log, bell and strobe output, aswell as a speaker output with 12 siren sounds. The case is tamper protected and the bell is supervised, there is space for 7A/H battery backup.
